- 本文概述管材的工厂试压与现场管线静水试压对保证管线投产后长期安全可靠运行的重要作用详细介绍国外已成熟应用的屈服极限现场试压方法并对压力—体积图法和过去广泛采用的反复升压法的屈服极限试压结果进行对比分析讨论了稳压时间、温度等因素的影响认为应以压力—体积曲线的非线性转变(应变速率明显改变)作为屈服极限试压完成的判断依据。
This paper present the importance of shop and on-site pressure testing for natural gas pipelines to ensure a long safety operation during the service period introduces the on-site yield limit pressure testing method witch has been commonly used in some foreign countries compare the yield limit pressure testing results of pressure.Volume plotting method and the Pressure Circulation method which had been commonlv used in the past. And discusses the effects elf some furors such as pressure maintaining time temperature.
