摘要:: 世人瞩目的塔里木沙漠公路为“八五”国家重点攻关项目获“1995年十项重大科技成就”荣誉称号。本文综述沙漠公路塔中段科技攻关的主要决策管理过程报道多项科技成果工程化产业化的实施步骤介绍针对公路沿线地理气候特征的防沙治沙的主导攻关方向、主要成果及其维护生态平衡和沙漠公路的积极保障作用。
1t has been the focus of attention in the industry that the oil-transporting highway project in Tarim Desert since it was placed on the agenda of "National Eighth-Five-Year Plan" as a major project. It is known that the project won the honored prize as one of "the most outstanding 1U scientific achievements"in 1995. 'f his paper summarized the main decision processes of technical strategies fur Tazhong Section of the Tarim Desert highway Project. It reports the practice procedures of field applications of newly developed technologies and introduces the research involvement on sand controlling according to the local geographic and climatic conditions along the highway. It also indicates the importance of maintaining the ecosystem for protecting the highway.
