- 在竞争激烈的国际工程承包市场,承包商为了通过投标得到更多的承包任务,就必须了解工程委托人及竞争对手的动态和有关资料,确定战胜对手的投标策略,即通过分析提出一个较低的报价方案,同时对承包工程可能带来的所有风险进行综合评定并制订防范措施。本文对这两方面的问题进行了探讨。
For intense competition in international project contracting market, contractors must know the trends and other information of project owner and your rivals and determine bidding stratagem in order to defeat your rivals and to win much more bids. That is, the bidding stratagem includes to submit a low quotation through analysis and to evaluate risk which probably accompanies with the contract and to determine risk-proof.
