- 依据多年从事环氧树脂涂层管道外补口工艺装备的研究和施工经验,分析中频感应加热器在设计应用中的补口宽度与感应加热轴向温度场的关系,推荐整体式、开合式、无断点开合式三种典型感应加热器,可满足不同补口宽度需要,并适应管道接口的超声波探伤。
Based on the studies for process unit and the experience on pipeline external weld seam coating by using epoxy resin for years, this paper introduces the relationship between the coating width and the axial temperature field in the design of the induction heater, which recommends three kinds of typical induction heaters:integral type, open-close type and non-break point type for different external weld seam coating to meet the needs of ultrasonic detector for pipeline joints.1996 ,4(4): 48-50 收稿日期:1996-2-12分类号:TE988
