- 本文介绍的单盘板安装焊接新工艺──拘束法，最大的特点是不留收缩缝，由外向内施焊一气呵成，为使单盘板“绷紧”，在浮舱与壁板之间临时加焊连接角钢，焊后拆除，单盘板表面平整度可与最初进行定位焊时的表面形状一致，但焊缝及板材的内应力较大。
This paper introduces a new welding technique for the installation of single drck plate by wing restrain method which is noted for its continuous welding from outside to mside witbout constriction seam. In order to stretch the single-deck plain.tl:c temporary connection angle bars are added between the cabins and the wall plates which could be removed afterwards. In this way, the surface smoothness of the single-deck plates is as good as the surface by spot welding other than with higher internal stresses within the weld seams and plates setting.1996 ,4(4): 34-36 收稿日期：1996-3-13分类号：TE972
