- 用一套差动测试系统可将焊缝收缩与母材热影响区的膨胀区分开而测得焊缝结晶过程中的真实自由收缩量,采用深孔测量法可在接近熔合线处直接测得高拘束度时焊缝结晶过程中的实际变形量。从而了解焊缝结晶过程中的内部变形规律。同时在研究焊接线能量对这一规律影响的基础上,对热裂纹的形成和发展机理进行了深入分析,为进一步探索防止焊缝热裂纹的工艺措施提供了重要的理论依据。
The amount of free construction during the crystallization period could be measured by using a differential testing system which is able to separate the contraction zone of weld seam and the thermal expansion zone of the ba.e metal.It could be directly measured the amount of true deformation near the weld junctions under high constraint,consequently, it could be understood that the internal deformation behaviours of weld seam during the crystallization period.On the basis of the effect of the welding linear energy to the behaviours, the mechanism of the thermal crack forming and its development have also been deeply analyzed to provide the theoretical basis to take the technical measures to prevent the weld.earns from thermal cracking.1996 ,4(4): 12-16 收稿日期:1995-12-12分类号:TG40参考文献:
