- 针对油田集输管道施工中亟待解决的内涂层管道连接补口问题─—接头防腐层连续性问题,成功地开发了内涂层管道机械压接技术,既保证接头与钢管等强,又保证内防腐涂层的连续性,不需为补口和无损检测,不存在焊接接头的隐患。接头质量稳定可靠,每分钟可完成-道接口,比焊接法快3~5倍,施工成本降低20%以上。本文介绍了压接技术原理、接头参数和形式的确定、压接接头性能试验及分析。
To counter the urgent problem of coating the internal joints of gathering pipelines with internal coating, i. e. the problem of the continuity of corrosion prevetion coating at joints, a mechanical crimp-connection technique has been successfully developed which not only ensures equal strength between joint and pipe, but also ensures the continuity of the internal coating, eliminating the needs of internal1y coating the joints and non-destructive testing, and eliminating the hiding problems at weld joints. With stable and reliable quality, each jointing is finished within one minute which increases the speed by 3-5times than welding, reducing the construction cost by more than 20%.This paper introduces the principle . of the crimp-connection technique, parameters for joints, the determination of the form of the joints, as well as testing and analysis of the properties of the crimp-connected joints.1996,3(3): 9-14 收稿日期:1996-1-30分类号:TE973参考文献:
