- 应力腐蚀断裂是焊接结构断裂失效的重要原因之-,在化工设备中更为突出,尤其是这种断裂失效呈脆断特点,易导致灾难性后果。本文探讨了应力腐蚀裂纹产生、开裂的机理及其影响因素,并从设计、材料的匹配、制造及生产管理方面提出了控制焊接结构发生应力腐蚀断裂的技术措施。
Stress corrosion cracking is one of the important reasons causing cracking failures on welded struc- tures which are more obvious on petro-chemical equipments, and particularly, this kind of cracking failure is of brittle feature which is prone to bring disastrous consequences.This paper expounds the mechanism and affecting factors for the occurrence and further cracking of .stress corrosion cracks, and proposes technical measures to prevent the welded structures from cracking from the aspects of design,matching of materials, manufacturing and production management.1996,3(3): 5-8,34 收稿日期:1995-12-25分类号:TE98参考文献:
