- 本文报道2台1000m3液化石油气球罐的整体热处理工艺和操作方法,特别是在燃烧嘴上部专门设置的均热伞罩,可使球罐整体受热均匀。热处理前后的测试和分析表明,焊接残余应力平均降低了53.5%,球罐各处温差符合规范要求。
It introduces the entire heat treatment process and operation for two sets of 1000m3 sphericaltank of liquidized oil-gas. The heat dissipating umbrellas are specially set on the burnner nozzlesto heat the spherical tank evenly. Measuring and analysis show the residual welding stross loavesdown 53. 58 on an average. Effect of the umbrellas is very good. The temperature difference indifferent points on the tank is satisfied for the required specification.1997,3(3): 21-24 收稿日期:1997-1-2参考文献:
