- 利用N2对1Cr18N.9Ti不锈钢焊缝金属影响的有利方面,通过焊接工艺评定和现场试焊,探索出氩弧焊打底、手工电弧焊填充盖面、焊缝背面以N2保护的管道焊接工艺,使保护气体成本节约90%。约400道焊口RT探伤合格率达100%,验证了该工艺的可行性和经济效益。
By taking the advantageous aspects of weld seams on 1Cr 18 Ni9 Ti stainless steel, and by evaluating the welding techonolgies and making trial welds, a welding technofogy is developed by welding the root pass using argon arc welding, welding the fill and cap passes using hand arc welding, and the back side of the weld seams is shielded by N2. This technolog reduces the cost of shielding gas by 90%, the rate of acceptance of RT inspetion of 400 weld seams reaches 100%, which proves the feasibility and economical efficienty of this technology.1996,2(2): 19-20 收稿日期:1995-11-18分类号:TG44参考文献:
