- 焊接角变形是乙烯球罐的主要验收项目之-,在球壳板曲率偏差最大达13mm、组装后的初始角变形最大达11mm时,通过焊接过程中采用调整正反面焊道施工顺序、控制清根深度和打磨量、增加卡具及辅焊龙门板等方法,最终将焊接角变形控制在验收标准允许的范围内。
The welding angular deformation is one of the main items of acceptance check of spherical tanks.Even if the maximum curvature deviation of the shell plates is 13mm, the maximum original angular deformation after assembling is 12mm, this deformation would finally be controled within the allowable limits of the acceptance check by adjusting the welding sequences of weld passes on the front and back sides, controling the depth of root dressing and the amount of dressing, increasing the mumber of clamping apparatus and by weldlng sumplementary potal- type plates.1996,2(2): 12-16分类号:TQ05
