- 为解决石油沥青用作埋地钢质管道防腐材料所存在的高温易流淌、低温易脆裂、抗细菌性腐蚀及抗植物根茎穿透能力差等问题,自1989年起,历时六年研制了-种利用橡胶树脂改性的沥青防腐材料,较圆满地解决了上述问题。本文报道了橡胶树脂改性沥青研究的技术途径、成型工艺、现场应用试验、产品的微观结构、性能和应用效果等。该材料及其制备方法已由国家专利局在1995年10月授予发明专利权。
To solve the problems of asphalt using as corrosion resistant material for undefground pipelines such as bleeding at high temperature, brittle at low temperature, low in resistance to bacteria cormsion and to penetration of plant roots, an asphaltic coating material modified by rubber resin has been developed after six-year research which well solves the above mentioned problems. This'paper reports on the technical ways to research this asphalt, the forming technology and in-situ applicatbo test of this asphalt, as well as the microstructure, properties and application effects of this asphaltic product.
