球罐用钢热裂纹敏感性试验

- 我国宝钢已冶炼试制了用于压力容器、管道、桥梁的与德国FG47C钢同类的细晶粒结构钢,为了给该钢种的工程应用提供基本数据,对其焊接热裂纹倾向进行了试验研究。采取国际通用的纵向可调拘束热裂纹试验方法,以不同应变所对应的裂纹总长度TCL值以及不产生裂纹的临界应变εc作为衡量钢材热裂纹倾向的主要依据。在焊接参数相近条件下的试验结果与有关钢种相比较,可以认为新钢种的热裂纹倾向很小,纵向可调拘束试验的临界应变值εc为1.2%。
In order to supply basic data for the engineering application of steel with fine crystal struc-ture such as F(G47C of Germany and produced by China Baoshan steel company,an experimentalstudy of hot cracking trend during welding was made. An international hot cracking experimentalmethod with the characteristic of adjustable longitudinal restraint was adopted,taking the totalcracking length TCI. corresponding to the different strain value a and the critical strain value 3cwithout cracking as main basis for judgement. Test results under similar welding parametersshowed that compared with other related steels,the hot cracking trend of this steel was little andthe critical value3c the adjustable longitudinal restraint test was 1. 2%.This steel can be usedfor engineering application.1997,2(2): 1-2 收稿日期:1996-12-11参考文献:
