- 本文研究了在镍基自熔合金粉末中加入不同含量的稀土对喷焊层组织和耐磨性的影响规律及其作用机理。结果表明,在喷焊材料中加入适量稀土,可使喷焊层组织细化、硬度及耐磨性提高。
This paper researches on the effects of different amount of rare earth added in the self-fused nickel- based alloy powder on structures and the abrasion-resistance property of the spray welding layers. It also researches on the action mechanism of the rare earth. It is shown by researching results that by adding appropriate amount of rare earth in the spray welding material, the structures of the spray welding layers may become finer, and the hardness and abrasion-resistance property may be enhanced.1996,1(1): 39-41分类号:TG403
