聚乙烯夹克光老化性能的试验研究

- 聚乙烯夹克被广泛用于管道防腐层和保温外护层,对几种聚乙烯夹克样品进行室外曝晒和加速老化的试验研究结果表明,聚乙烯黑夹克的光老化性能明显优于黄夹克。采用荧光紫外照射与冷凝循环加速光老化试验辅以拉伸性能测定的方法,可有效地评定不同聚乙烯夹克样品的光老化性能,加速老化两周可相当于天津地区室外曝晒一年左右。
A few kinds of samples of polyethylene jackets were exposed to sunshine and accelerated aging tests and studies were conducted on the samples. It is sllown by the results that the light aging proper ty of the biack polyethylene jacket is much superior to that of the yellow one. The light aging property of different polyethylene jackets may be effectively evaluated by using the fluorescent-ultravallet shin ing method adopted in the studies, and by condensation cycling to accelerate light aging and by supple menting tensile property testing.
