- 针对大口径管道对接焊缝常规X射线检测劳动强度大、效率低的现状,我们研制了管内周向X射线检测机器人。本文介绍了该机器人在陕字输气管道工程中的应用情况,对其各项技术指标和应用效果进行了分析和验证。
It has long been facing the welders that the routine X-ray detection for butt-welded pipehas a high labour intensity and low efficiency. To overcome above disadvantages ,a detecting robothas been newly developed to undertake the X- ray periphery welding seam detection for weldedpipelines.
