加氢反应器吊装专用提升盖的设计与应用

- 从国外引进的加氢反应器都带一只专用于反应器吊装的吊耳，简称提升盖。国内设计制造的加氢反应器由于设计了惯上的不同和其它原因，往往没有反应器吊装专用的提升盖，需施工单位进行配套。本文介绍在某炼油厂年产120万吨加氢精制装置施工中反应器提升盖的设计与强度计算问题，并对提升盖与反应器法兰联结螺栓的预紧力及螺栓强度计算进行分析。
Usually the imported hydrorefining reactor has a special elevator link for hoisting，which iscalled hoisting cover. Due to the design and other reasons，there is no special hoisting cover on thehydrorefining reactors which manufactured in our country，so it has to be made by the installationCompany in charge of project construction. This paper introduces the design and strength calcula-tion on the reactor hoisting cover for construction of hydrorefining installation in a refinery whichproduces 120 million ton per year. It also analyzes the pre-screwing force and calculates thestrength of the connecting bolts that link up the hoisting cover and the flange of hoisting reac-tors.1997,1(1): 26-29 收稿日期：1996-9-5参考文献：
