扩散式进油管在内浮顶储罐上的应用

摘要:: 分析内浮顶储罐上常用的几种进油管结构在运行中容易发生的问题，介绍一种扩散式进油管，采用这种进油管，可以保证在流量不减的情况下降低进口流速，不但满足生产要求，还避免了浮盘在进油过程中“卡盘”“翻盘”事故的发生，延长了浮盘的使用寿命。
The problems liable to occur on a few commonly used oil spreader structures in internal floating roof tank are analyzed in this paper. It introduces a diffusing oil spreader, which can reduce the inlet velocity without reducing the flow rate, meeting the production requirement as well as avoiding the "disc-stuck" and "disc-turned-over" accidents, therefore increase the service life of floating discs.
