- BOT即Build（建造）、Operate（运营）、Transfter（移交）的缩写形式，这种融资方式已经用于我国发电、铁道、公路、港口和城市供水等基础设施的建设。在介绍BOT融资方式特点的同时，归纳分析最近几年BOT在我国工程建设中运用所遇到的一些问题，并提出了相应的建议。
BOT(build, operate and transfer)is a kind of manner attracting foreign funds which has been applied in the construction of China's infrastuctures as power plant, railroad, road, se-port and water suuply.
