- 分析我国管道外防腐层现状及管道大修技术水平状况，根据机械化施工代替手工操作的发展需要，强调研制适合我国国情的小型机械式旧涂层清除机具的必要性，着重介绍自行研制的小型机具的结构及性能特点，并对该机具在现场的应用试验情况进行了总结。
The condition and rehabilitation status of external pipeline coating in China is analyzed. In view of the tendency that mechanized operation shall replace the manual, the necessity for developing small mechanical coating removal equipment suitable to our country's condition is stressed, with an emphatic instroduction to the structural and operational features of the small self-developed coating removal equipment.
