- 介绍高120m塔桅式烟囱内筒体更换的技术难点、施工工艺原理及方法，采用这种方法进行施工，有效地解决了在烟囱断口以上部位设置吊装机具的难题，可使隐患彻底消除，同时避免了在高空拆除和安装保温层的施工作业，保证了工程质量、工期和安全。
This paper describes the technical challenges in changing the inner barrel of a 120m high flare stack supported with tower mast, and method adopted in the changing operation. By taking this method, the difficulty in setting up hoisting tools above the break-up section of the flare stack was effectively overcome, eliminating completely potential dangers, while avoided the stripping and coating operation of thermal insulation layers high above the ground.
