- 从焊缝质量、生产效率、经济性、施工条件适应性等方面,对目前国内短程(26km以内)小口径(114.3~ 323.8mm)管线敷设现场常用的几种焊接工艺予以分析对比,认为纤维素型焊条下向根焊、碱性焊条上向填充和盖面焊工艺是一种适合我国国情、成本低、效率高、安全可靠的新工艺。
This paper gives a comparative analysis, in terms of weld quality, productivity, economy and servieability to construction conditions, to a few welding processes commonly used in China in laying sort-distance small-diameter pipeline. Vertical down root welding using cellulosic electrode, upward filling and cap welding using basic electrode are velieved to be new processes suitable to China's conditions, cost-effective, high-efficiency and reliable.1999,6(6): 1-5 收稿日期:1999-5-20分类号:TE973.3参考文献:
