- 为改变钢质船舶、储罐焊缝X射线探伤手工操作现状,提高X射线探伤的自动化程度,改善操作人员的工作环境和减轻劳动强度,提高工效,降低成本,研制了船、罐焊缝自动爬行X射线探伤机.文中介绍该机的工作原理、技术特点及应用情况,并报道了关于该项技术的查新检索结论.
An auto-crawling x-ray detector of welding seam is developed successfully to replace manual xray detecting of welding seam for steel ship and storage tank. It also raises automaticity level, improves working conditions and reduces labor strength.
