- 结合引进 3.5% Ni材质低温装置容器焊缝裂纹的返修,从坡口型式、坡口加工方法、焊接规范、预热温度和层间温度控制、焊后热处理等方面对影响 3.5% Ni钢焊接接头低温性能的工艺因素进行研究探讨,提出了合理的返修工艺方案.
In accordance with repair of welding cracking in low temperature vessel of 3.5 % Ni steel this paper introduces study on process factors Including slope type, slope cutting, welding specification, preheating, including layer temperature control and heat treatment after welding upon low temperature performance of the welded joint.
