输气管道弯头开裂的原因探讨和预防

- 国内某长距离煤气输送管道于1993年投入运行以来，先后三次在管道弯头部位出现裂纹，导致煤气泄漏。为了找出开裂原因，对弯头母材进行了化学成分、机械性能和金相组织的综合测试，并从加工制作、安装质量和运行条件等方面进行了综合分析，指出弯头开裂是由应力腐蚀所致。据此提出在输气管道建设中为防止应力腐蚀应当采取的措施。
Crackings occurred three times in elbow bend since one domestic long distance gas transportation pipeline came to used in 1993.The crackings caused gas leaking.To find out the leak cause,research workers tested chemical component,mechanical property and metallography organization of elbow base material synthetically and analyzed synthetically manufacture,installation quality and operation condition.They indicates that elbow cracking is caused by stress corrosion.Basing on this finding they present measures preventing from ,tress corrosion in construction of gas transportation pipeling.1998,6(6): 51-53 收稿日期：1998-8-30
