煤焦油瓷漆防腐涂敷工艺的烟气净化

摘要:: 煤焦油瓷漆已经广泛用于埋地管道和海底管道防腐，但是煤焦油瓷漆在涂敷温度下产生的烟气有毒，根据其烟气成分并借鉴国内外烟尘净化方法，采用国内价格较低的洗油作为洗涤介质以及结构简单、造价低和除尘效率高的重力逆流喷洒洗涤器，并设计合理的工艺流程，可以完全将烟气净化。
The coal tar enamel is popularly used in anticorrosion of underground pipeline and undersea pipeline,but at spraying temperature coal tar enamel can release poisonous smoke.According to smoke component and consulting smoke purification method abroad,it can purify smoke completely to use do-mestic cheap cleaning oil as scrubbing medium and gravity counter current spraying scrubber that hassimple structure,low manufacturing cost and high efficiency of eliminating dust,and to design reasonable process circuit.
