- 以两台大型球罐的焊后消除应力热处理为例，介绍球罐整体热处理技术。一方面为保证热处理所需的足够热能而选用了德国欧宝EK9100型燃烧器，另一方面为保证加热均衡和实现升降温度的自动控制配置了烟气导流装置、内隔热器和电脑温控仪。不但热处理全过程实现了自动控制，而且处理效果高于国标GBJ94-86所规定的指标。
Taking heating treatment of eliminating residual welding stress of two large spherical storage tank for example,the article introduces whole heating treatment technology of spherical storage tank.On one hand,Germany OPEI.type EK9100 burner is used for ensuring enough thermal energy that heating treatment need,on the other hand,disposing smoke inductive unit,inner heat insulation unit and computer temperature control instrument are used for guaranteeing heat edualization and temperature auto control,not only the entire course of heat treatment technology achieve,auto control,but also the treatment result exceeds index stipulated by 《GBJ94-86》.1998,6(6): 28-30 收稿日期：1998-6-22参考文献：
