- 下向焊工艺已经广泛用于长输管道建设工程中。由于下向焊具有焊速快、焊道薄、层数多的工艺特点，导致X光片的焊缝成形显象、缺陷形状及其成象特点均与传统的上向焊的同类影象有所不同，针对管道工程中常见的几种下向焊焊缝缺陷及其X光片的特点深入进行分析，总结提出了识别与评定的经验方法。
The down welding process is applied extensively in long petroleum pipeline construction.The X-ray film is different with the same image of traditional up welding in seam formation photo,defect shape and image feature because of the process characteristic of speedy welding,thin welding seam and more layers.Pointing to several popular down welding seam defect and characteristic of it.X-ray in pipeline construction,the paper analyzes,summarizes and presents the experience method of distinction and evaluation.1998,6(6): 26-27 收稿日期：1998-7-27
