- 报道1994～1998年采用引进的自动焊设备成功进行多台球罐自动焊施工的成功经验，在介绍焊机和焊材性能特点的同时，重点介绍了球罐自动焊的工艺试验和优化焊接工艺参数的正交试验及其结果。采用自动焊可比手工焊提高工效两倍以上，焊接一次合格率达96％～99％，值得在球罐工程中推广应用。
The paper reports auccesslul experience in using imported auto-welding equipment to complete auto-welding construction of many spherical storage tank wince 1994 to 1998.Introducing the characteristic of welding machine and property of welding material,the artical emphatically presents process test of spherical ,forage tank auto-welding and orthogonal test and its result of optimum welding procesa parameters.Using auto-welding technology can increase two times of work efficiency than hand welding and welding qualification larizing in spherical storage tank can achieve 96%to 99%to one test .This tecnology is worth popu-construction.1998,6(6): 19-21 收稿日期：1998-9-1
