内防腐管道的外套式机械压接组对及补口

- 输油管道在敷设施工中多采用焊接方法组对联头,针对因焊接烧损防腐内涂层造成的管道补口难题,提出采用外套式机械压接法代替传统的焊接方法,并介绍外套式机械压接接头型式,分析接头的应力状态及整体抗力。应变测试结果与现场埋地应用试验均表明,该联头方式具有施工速度快、机械化程度高、不损坏防腐内涂层、不需进行管道补口、适用范围宽等优点,且成本略低于焊接的方法。
Butted welding is usually used for pipeline connection. But welding are hurts the infernal coat. In order to avert this problem this article presents a technology of pipe connection with outside sleeve by pressure in replacement of traditional welding way. It also Introduces type of sleeve joint, stress status and entire resistant force. Strain test in site shows this technology has advantages in fast construction, nondestructive internal coat, no joint patching and wide application.
