- 分析油罐运行过程中罐体的变形及其对罐底边缘板腐蚀的影响,介绍一种有效的封闭型防水防蚀技术.对 2万 m~3油罐采用一种高性能防水涂料和可行的现场防腐施工方法,满足了罐底边缘板的防腐要求,经过两年多的运行应用,证明该技术具有可靠的防水作用,延长了油罐使用寿命.
It analyzes deformation in operation of oil tank and impacting of the deformation upon corrosion in margin plate near the tank bottom. This paper introduces an effective technology of seal waterproof and corrosion-proof. It uses high water proof performance coating material and practice site corrosion construction way in 20, 000 m~3 oil tank project to meet corrosion requirement for margin plate near bottom.
