喷瓷管道基体的金属组织及性能

- 对喷瓷管道基体金属试验研究表明,喷瓷前后基体金属的组织和性能基本无变化,但断口形貌不同,原基体金属的拉伸断口为纯韧窝状,喷瓷后为韧窝+微区解理断裂,且局部存在二次裂纹。经过焊接热循环作用后,基体金属的组织和性能发生显著的变化,峰温达700℃时,基体金属中产生了大量晶间裂纹。
The base metal' s microstructure and performance of sprayed porcelain pipe are studied. The results show that there are no obvious variations in the microstructure and mechanical performances, but has difference in their fracture: the one without porcelain coating is dimple rupture, the other with porcelain coating is dimple rupture with a little cleavage fracture. After welding cycling, the base metal's microstructure and performance change markedly. At peak temperature 700℃, there are lots of cracks along the grain boundary.1999,4(4): 6-7 收稿日期:1999-1-11参考文献:
