- 从工艺特点、操作要领及检验等方面介绍外径102～133mm、壁厚15mm以内的炉管胀接工艺。采用该方法在武汉石油化工厂延迟焦化装置的横管立式加热炉的Cr5Mo炉管胀接施工中，取得一次合格率100%、强度及严密性试验一次合格、补胀次数为0的理想成果。
The article introduces the expanding connection process for oven pipe with 102mm-133mm di-ameter and 15mm thickness in aspects of process feature, operation gist and inspection. In application ofexpanding connection of CrSMo oven pipe in vertical heater of the delayed coal carbonization unit inWuhan Petro-chemical Works, it gains ideal results of 10096 qualification in one test, strength and seal-ing test qualification in one test and no amended expanding.1998,5(5): 21-23 收稿日期：1998-6-17分类号：TE96
