- 针对沙漠油田环境特点，在塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地的油田地面工程建设中，全面推行了预制化、橇装化、组装化的设计模式和预制化、组装化、机械化的施工模式，以实现中国石油天然气总公司在西部新区开发建设中提出的“两新、两高”（新技术、新管理体制、高水平、高效益）目标，创国内一流和具有90年代国际水平的沙漠油田工程。
According to the characteristic of oil field environment in desert, design model of prefabrication,skid-package and assembling and construction model of prefabrication, assembling and mechanizationhave been carried out overall in oil field ground engineering construction in the central area of Tarimdesert.This is to achieve the aim of"double new and double high"(new technology, new administrativesystem, high level, high benefit)that is raised by CNPC for development construction in new west re-gion and to create domestic first class and international advanced desert oil field project in 90's.1998,5(5): 1-5 收稿日期：1998-4-27分类号：TE4
