- 采用热喷涂和中频感应加热联合渗铝的方法,成功地生产出超长渗铝管,其关键是选择适当的功率、感应温度和控制钢管的移动速度。已经生产的54根长度12m的Cr5Mo钢焦化炉渗铝管,渗层厚度可达0.1~0.3mm,在炼油生产中使用一年,炉管表面无氧化无腐蚀。
It uses the heat spraying and induction heat aluminizing process to product successfully ultra-long aluminizing pipe. Its key technology is reasonable power choice, induction temperature and pipe moving speed. 54 pieces of CrSMo aluminizing pipe with 12 meters long and 0.1~0.3 mm aluminizing thick-ness were fabricated and have been used in refinery units for one year.
