双桅杆双向夺吊大型设备

摘要:: 由于受到桅杆高度、桅杆起重能力以及现场条件等因素的限制，常用的单桅杆吊装和双桅杆抬吊法不能满足某些工程需要，结合上海高桥石化公司重油催化裂化装置反应器、再生器采用部分衬里、分段正装的施工方法，介绍双桅杆双向夺吊工艺的应用及吊装程序、吊点及吊耳、桅杆布置、吊装受力分析及计算、吊具的选择与安全技术要求。
The single mast or dual mast with ordinary lifting method can not meet engineering requirements because of limits of mast height, lifting capability and site conditions. This article introduces the lifting process of dual mast along two direction in all aspects of lifting procedure, lifting point location, lifting ear design, mast pole setting, lifting point load analysis, tools and safety based on construction require-ment of the practice lifting of regenerator, with part of liner, of catalytic cracking reactor in refinery in Shanghai .
