- 在中原油田石化总厂30万t催化装置的同轴式两器现场组焊过程中，针对两器几何尺寸大、焊接作业量大、质量要求高、工期要求紧的特点，采用CO2气电立焊（EGW）和手工电弧焊（SMAW）相结合的焊接方法，在保证焊接质量、降低成本、缩短工期方面获得了成功经验。
Subside unit and regenerator of 300, 000 ton catalytic crack unit are installed at same shaft by theway of site assembly welding technology in Zhong Yuan Petro-Chemical Works. It takes CO2 EGW(CQ gas shielded welding) and SMAW in accordance Wifh large size of both subside unit and regener-ator, a lot of welding work and high quality requirement.
