- 从焊接特点、焊村性能、焊接过程、焊接工艺参数和焊接操作要领等方面报道了上向与下向复合焊接工艺在直径1400mm、壁厚14mm的管道工程中的应用情况。实际应用表明,施工中采用这种复合焊接工艺,可以降低焊工劳动强度、提高工效、焊口一次合格率达90%以上,具有可观的效益。
This article rep0rts composite welding process of down-up-welding and up-down-welding and itsapplication on pipeline construction with 14O0 mm diameter and 14 mm thick wall in aspects of weld-ing feature, performance, procedure, process index and operati0n.
