- 针对近年时有发生的稠油热采蒸汽锅炉炉管爆裂的事故进行调查分析，认为事故发生原因是锅炉给水中同时存在溶解氧和氨化物，导致酸性腐蚀，进而引起氢腐蚀使钢脱碳，在高温高压条件下造成炉管脆性爆裂，根据事故原因提出了防治对策。
Based on accident investigation of oven pipe explosion cracking in steam boiler for thick oil ther- mal production this paper explains the accident cause. First of all, there are soluble oxygen and chlo-rlde in supply water. These oxygen and chloride cause acid corrosion, and then cause hydrogen corro-slon and steel decarburization.
