- 油田管道长期输送含有Cl- , S“一和各种细菌的腐蚀性介质，金属腐蚀相当严重。有的新铺设管道投产半年至一年、最短的仅三个月就腐蚀穿孔，造成油水外溢而被迫停止输送，甚至引起火灾、爆炸、污染环境等严重后果，造成的直接经济损失巨大，间接损失难以估计。
