- 结合多年对低碳钢管进行手工钨极氩弧焊(TIG)的经验,通过选用H08A、H08Mn2Si、TIG-J50焊丝对20低碳钢管进行的焊接工艺试验以及现场使用的比较分析,认为焊丝中 Mn、Si含量及其比值 Mn/Si具有关键作用,施工选用 H08Mn2Si、 TIG-J50、 ER49一1是可行的,在目前首选H08Mn2Si焊丝进行低碳钢管TIG打底焊是合理的.
Based on the experience in manual TIG welding of low carbon steel pipe and through welding process test of and analysis in 20 low carbon steel pipe with H08A, H08Mn_2Si and TIG - J50 welding wires this paper confirms that containment amount of Mn and Si and ratio of Mn to Si of welding wire are the key factors. H08Mn_2Si, TIG - J50 and ER49 - 1 welding wires can be used in construction. First selection of H08Mn_2Si for TIG primary welding of low carbon steel pipe is reasonable.1999,2(2): 45-46,55 收稿日期:1998-9-29参考文献:
