- 在总结长宁管道采用水平定向钻穿越黄河失败经验的基础上,针对不利的地质条件制定了严密的技术措施,于1998年3月 18日至4月 13日,在被视为水平定向钻穿越的禁区,成功地完成了黄河穿越施工,取得了显著的效益,并为在类似的地质禁区实施水平定向钻穿越提供了成功经验.
Based on a lesson which is drawn from failure of pipeline crossing Yellow River by horizontal directional drilling and regarding to disadvantage of geological condition a rigorous technical measures are drafted. As a result, the second pipeline crossing of Yellow River was successful from March 18 to April 13 of 1998 in area which is called forbidden zone in geology. It gains outstanding effect and provides successful experience for further pipeline crossing by horizontal directional drilling in similar geological zone.1999,2(2): 33-33 收稿日期：1998-7-13
