- 以苏丹输油管道项目中苏丹港末站的 58000m3浮顶油罐工程 (由意大利公司承建 )为例,介绍国外在设计施工方面采用的新技术和新工艺。由于选用大规格尺寸的钢板、罐壁焊缝坡口内置式设计、浮顶一体化设计,给施工安装新工艺的实施提供了可能,并在工程项目中实行设计、采购、施工(EPC)总成包,达到了施工效率高、焊接自动化程度高、预制化程度高、施工措施用料少,体现了施工管理水平高
By taking 58 thousand m3 oil floating roof tank which was built up by Italian Company & was the terminal station parts of the Sudan oil transit line project in Sudan port as a example,the new technology & process used in design & construction abroad were introduced.lt's possible to execute the new installation method by using large size wall plates,grooves in tank internal side & floating roof as a whole part. The project was turn-key one include engineering,purchase & construction (EPC).The project construction illustrated the company with a good menagement & high effective because of taking high automatic welding,deep premanufacturing & less building materials.2000,6(6): 20-21 收稿日期：2000-9-20
