- 10万m3浮顶油罐建设工程中,焊接量巨大,主要集中在壁板立缝和横缝、底板、船舱、单盘、加强圈、抗风圈等部位,以上海高桥石化两台 10万m3油罐工程为例,全面介绍气电立焊、埋弧自动横焊、埋弧自动角焊、立角缝下向焊、CO药芯双保护自动焊封底和埋弧自动焊填充等高效焊接技术在各部位焊接施工中的综合应用.
During the 100 thousand m3 oil floating roof tank construction,there were tremendous welding works in tank wall plate vertical & horizontal seam,bottom plate,reef compartment,reef deck,stiffen ring & wind girder etc. parts.By taking two 100 thousand m3 oil tanks in Gaoqiao petrochemical plant,Shanghai city as a example,the many high effective welding technolgy used in different tank parts such as electrogas vertical welding,automatic submerged arc horizontal welding,automatic submerged arc fillet welding,fillet down weld in vertical position,CO2 & core flux automatic shielded arc back welding and automatic submerged arc filler welding etc.were systemly introduced.2000,6(6): 16-19 收稿日期:2000-4-4参考文献:
