- 在国家重点建设项目义马至郑州输气管道工程建设中,首创了在陡坡陡坎处开挖斜(竖)井敷设管道的施工方法。采用该方法可降低工程造价、节省管道的维修费用,同时可保持施工现场原有的地形地貌,防止水土流失,有利于保护自然环境.
