- 针对常减压重油催化裂解装置(ARGG)再生器器壁的烟气腐蚀问题,从衬里材料选择与配比、施工工艺、施工步骤、施工机具与模具的配套等方面进行论述,提出了改进方法和措施并用于衬里施工,经过一个周期的运行后开孔检查,无衬里剥落和开裂问题,从而有效降低烟气对再生器内壁的露点腐蚀.
In connection with the internal wall smoke corrosion at the regenerator on atmospheric vacuum residuum catalytic cracking(ARCC) unit,lining material choose,ration,applying process&procedure,tools&mould were discussed and a inproved mathod was put forword&applied to the lining.No peel off&crack on the Lining after running for a period&open checking.So it is effecient to controll the smoke corrosion on the regenerator internal wall.2000,5(5): 9-12 收稿日期:2000-6-26
