- 针对法兰密封面中径偏差超标和表面粗糙度不符合要求的情况,介绍一种使用研具对密封面进行研磨从而使密封面达到要求的方法,分别从研具和研磨剂的选择、研磨的步骤及研磨的技术要求等方面进行了详细的说明。采用该方法对大庆油田化工总厂20万t/a催化脱蜡及加氢精制装置中梯形槽密封面中径超标的法兰进行了处理,取得了很好的效果。
In connection with that the mid diameter deviation exceeds standard on flange seal face the surface roughness is not in keeping with requirement, the paper introduces a method to grind seal face with one kind of grinding tools and to make the seal face qualified. The selection of grinding tool agent, the grinding procedure the technology requirment of grinding etc. aspects were explained in dedail.
