论炼化设备吊装安全管理与控制

摘要:: 运用事故致因论的方法，通过对炼化设备吊装常见事故的分析，阐述了炼化设备吊装作业活动中人的不安全行为和物的不安全状态，结合炼化设备吊装施工实际，进一步分析了隐藏在“人失误”背后的深层次原因，即管理控制不足。指出在现代装备条件下的企业，其安全管理应以控制“人失误”为重点，并提出了在企业管理方面预防事故发生应采取的有效措施。
With an analysis for some common accidents occurred in lifting refinery equipment using an accident to cause theory, the writers describe pepole's non safety behaviour object's non safety status in lifting refinery equipment operation. Combination with some construction practice in lifting refinery equipment, this artic further analyzes the deep cause hidden behind "making a mistake by pepole"i. e. management control are not enough. The paper points out that the enterprise with morden construction equipment should emphatically control "making mistake by pepole" for its safety management. Last, the writers put foward some effective measures to prevent accidents in enterprise management aspect.
