- 报道中原油田至济南市输气干线中济南黄河大堤爬越段停输更换管段的成功实施过程。针对该工程动火施工点多线长、作业时间紧、施工难度大等特点，采用放空天然气、用氮气置换和非封堵动火换管的方法。更换管段全长480m，整个换管作业时间仅用26h，安全、高效，为今后输气管道局部更换在技术措施和安全施工等方面提供了有益的经验。
The paper reported the construction method for replacing a damaged pipeline section in Zhongyuan Oilfield Jinan city gas transmission main located in Yellow River bank after shutdown. As the project has many characteristics such as more cutting welding points with fire, long damaged pipeline section, urgent working schedule difficult construction etc., so the construction method of venting gas, replacing gas with nitrogen non seal cutting welding with fire was used. The replaced pipeline section total length is 480m. Whole operation time only takes 26 hours. It is a safe efficient work.
