大型机组自控工程的安装与调试

摘要:: 针对目前我国石化行业大型机组自控工程设计、选型的实际情况，结合作者的施工经验，总结了大型机组自控工程安装、调试的方法。重点介绍了大型机组特殊仪表的安装及特殊控制系统的调试，并以苏丹 180万t/a催化裂化装置烟机发电机为例阐述了机组开车前进行动态模拟实验的方法。
In connection with the present actual situation of the design type slection for an automatic control project on the heavy units in our country petrochemical industry and combination with the writer's construction experience, this paper summarized the installation test run methods of an automatic control project on the heavy units. The installation of some special instruments the test run of some special control systems on the heavy units were emphatically introduced. By taking the flue gas generator on a 180×l0 4t/a catalytic cracking unit in Sudan as an example, this paper expounded the dynamic modeling test method before the units are started up.
